ArhisStudios has a quick turnaround, with most of the daily tasks being delivered overnight or over the weekend. Basically, if you send instructions and redlines at 5pm (by scanned files), drawings are being picked up, send to repro houses and be ready to print (or even printed) by the next morning. Our location (Eastern Europe) and time zone difference helps in this case. We are highly adaptable to your CAD platform and CAD standards, with specialists trained in Autocad, Architectural Desktop, ArchiCAD, Revit and many more. BIM integration is an expensive step that many US firms are considering taking; Arhisstudios already provides BIM drafting services at industry's highest standards.

 

It is more and more common today to outsource architectural projects; many architectural firms are doing this with great success. ArhisStudios is able to provide both quality architectural design and/or architectural drafting. Outsourcing comes with two major advantages:

    Time - Qualified US work is hard to find and many US firms are short of people. Existing employees can be directed to crucial areas of the project, while parts of secondary importance can be outsourced.

    Money – Cost of labor overseas is considerably lower, and the money being saved could be better spent for an even better design, or better construction.

What areas of the project can be outsourced?

    A physical office is important and face to face meetings and coordination are essential. Parts of the project, including project management and architectural design can only be done in house, for obvious reasons. Others like the actual drafting and CAD related operations can be outsourced, with similar or even better product output. Research shows that in common use, between 30-40% of the budget is spent CAD. This can be easily done offsite, at better quality, by specialized workers and at lower cost.

Hi speed Internet connections are common, file transfer over internet is common and secure. Repro houses are fast, reliable and inexpensive. They can take orders online from across the world, print the job and deliver it to the US architect overnight.
